, -./ The instant petition has been filed against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 27.01.2011 passed by the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mansa in FIR No. 109 dated 24.04.2004 registered under Section 279, 337, 338 and 304-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station City Mansa and the subsequent dismissal of the appeal by the Court of Sessions Judge, Mansa vide judgment dated 14.09.2011 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 07 dated 07.02.2011. 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, however, the revision petition pertains to the year 2011, and further await would not be justified.

Accordingly, Ms. Dheerja, Advocate is appointed as Legal Aid Counsel to assist this Court on behalf of the petitioner. 4.

Learned State Counsel has handed over the custody certificate and contends that as per the report received by her, the petitioner has since then passed away on 23.09.2021. A photocopy of the death Certificate has been handed over today in Court. The same is taken on record. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition stands abated. 6.

Disposed of accordingly.
