(ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of a direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to take adequate action on the representations dated 19.08.2016 and 5.12.2016 (Annexure P2 & P-4). Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that earlier the petitioner was married to Kamaljit Singh son of Paramjit Singh and thereafter a divorce took place. The petitioner was married thereafter on 11.09.2015 with Major Singh-respondent No.5 and after some time on account of the differences she was turned out and sent back to her parental home. In the meantime, the petitioner became pregnant and the respondent No.5 herein has refused to accept the said child as being his and threatened the petitioner to take a D.N.A. Test. Aggrieved against this behaviour of respondent No.

5, the petitioner moved representations dated 19.08.2016 and 5.12.2016 (Annexure P-2 & P-4) for intervention but the said representations have not been decided so far. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that at the present moment the prayer made is limited for issuance of a direction to respondent Satyawan 2016.12.

CRM-M-44820-2016 -2Nos. 2 to 4 to take action on the representations dated 19.08.2016 and 5.12.2016 (Annexure P-2 & P-4) moved by the petitioner. Notice of motion.

Mr. Arshdeep S. Kler, learned DAG, Punjab is directed to accept notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Let two copies of the petition be served upon him during the course of the day. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4-State submits that the representations dated 19.08.2016 and 5.12.2016 (Annexure P-2 & P-4) will be decided as expeditiously as possible. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No. 2 to 4 to decide the representations dated 19.08.2016 and 5.12.2016 (Annexure P-2 & P-4) expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
