Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondents No. 4 to 6 because they are taking action on the directions of respondents No. 7 to 12 despite the fact that the learned Civil Court passed an injunction order in favour of the petitioner and now respondents No. 7 to 12 demolished the wall of the petitioner and now they are raising further construction. Petitioner has also filed an application for disobedience of the Court's order before the learned Civil Court. Even representation made to the police authorities including Annexure P5 remained unattended.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Director General of Police, Punjab, is directed to look into the representation dated 30.10.2017 (Annexure P5) and take required action, if any, according to law, Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.11.21 12:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
