The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of order dated 10.04.2024 (Annexure P-3) vide which the petitioner was declared as proclaimed person in case FIR No. 52 dated 08.05.2019 under Sections 323, 324, 341, 307, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Division No. 5, Jalandhar (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner having faced with the issue that the copy of the order vide which the petitioner was granted the concession of bail is not on record and there are certain errors in drafting the petition, therefore, she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with correct particulars and by appending all the relevant documents.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
