This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 99 dated 01.11.2017 under sections 306 IPC at Police Station Kotwali, Nabha, District Patiala. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 20, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated November 20, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
