(Oral) This is 2nd petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No. 102 dated 13.06.2021 under Sections 323/341/354/506/34 IPC (later on added Sections 326/148/149 IPC) registered at Police Station Dehlon, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana, District Ludhiana.

The first petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 29.6.2021. There is no change in circumstances which would warrant entertaining the instant petition. Dismissed.
