This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide Complaint No. 4039 dated 27.04.2016 under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 titled as "Mridul Chhabra vs. Pritpal Singh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated November 20, 2017, petitioner has already appeared before the trial court and furnished bail bonds.

In view of the above, order dated November 20, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
