**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has made a complaint with the allegation that accused Manmeet Singh has followed her and started harassing her. Even after registration of FIR, the petitioner being harassed by the accused and the said incident has also been recorded on the CCTV camera installed in a Hotel. Thereafter, the father of the petitioner has given a representation dated 12.11.2016 (Annexure P-4) to the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar (respondent No.2) but no action has been taken thereon.
In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar (respondent No.2) to look into the representation dated 12.11.2016 (Annexure P-4), in accordance with law.
