Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.242 dated 24.07.2015, registered under Sections 452, 3541A IPC and Section 3 of Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes Act at Police Station Sadar Hansi, District Hisar. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 24.12.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has cooperated.

Learned State counsel on instructions has stated that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Looking to all these circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 24.12.2015 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made RAJ KUMAR 2016.01.29 15:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
