In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of a direction to respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members from the hands of respondent No. 3 who is harassing them, at the instance of respondent No. 2 and is threatening the petitioner to transfer his house in the name of respondent No. 4, otherwise involve the petitioner in false cases like kidnapping, NDPS etc. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners at the very outset contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, is directed to decide representation dated 13.11.2017 (Annexure P-1), moved by the petitioner. 3.
In view of the above, respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, is directed to look into the matter and decide the representation Annexure P-1, moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to him, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
