Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No.107 dated 4.7.2014 under Sections 379/427 IPC registered at Police Station, Sadar Jagraon, District, Ludhiana. Learned State counsel at the outset, on instructions from HCSukhdev Singh, submits petitioner No.1 has been found innocent and placed in column No.2. Challan has been presented only against petitioner No.2.

In view of above, this petition has been rendered infructuous qua petitioner No.1 and is dismissed as such. As regards, petitioner No.2, petition is dismissed with liberty to petitioner No.2 to raise all his pleas before the trial court at the stage of consideration of charge.
