**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 116 dated 10.5.2021, under Section 379 IPC, registered at Police Station Division No. 8, Jalandhar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, the occurrence took place on 08.5.2021 and the petitioner has been involved in this case on the basis of disclosure statement of the co-accused. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the case file.

This Court finds that there is another FIR No. 108 dated 3.5.2021 under Section 379 IPC against the petitioner. Though, at one stage, the petitioner was granted interim bail by the Sessions Court on 09.6.2021 but while passing the said order, FIR No. 108 dated 3.5.2021 was not in the knowledge of the said Court.
