(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. is for cancellation of bail order dated 16.01.2019 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Trial Court, Rewari whereby on an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner/respondent No. 2 herein titled as Rajat Juneja vs. State of Haryana in FIR No. 99 dated 21.09.2018 registered under Sections 498A/323/506/34 IPC at Police Station Women Police Station, the respondent No. 2 has been granted anticipatory bail. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to grant the prayer made; learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
