HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.42 dated 17.02.2023 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 323, 341 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Kasola, District Rewari.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the present petition and hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
