Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 194 dated 22.11.2013, registered under Section(s) 420 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Kulgarhi, District Ferozepur.

Petitioner was earlier declared as proclaimed offender on 11.5.2015 and this fact was concealed in the bail application before the learned trial Court as well. Petitioner along with his co-accused allegedly received a sum of Rs.21,00,000/- for sending nephew of the complainant abroad. As per complainant, he was cheated as his nephew was to be sent to Canada but he was sent to Indonesia and even the alleged amount of Rs.21,00,000/- has not been returned to the complainant. The matter requires thorough investigation. Thus, no case is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner and present petition stands dismissed.
