2. Whether the judgement should be reported in Digest ? RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No.198 dated 12.6.2013 under Sections 302/397/34 IPC and Sections 25/54/59 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sampla, Distt. Rohtak.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner was granted the bail pending trial. Thereafter, he had been regularly appearing before the learned trial court. However, since the petitioner was bed ridden due to acute cervical problem, he could not attend few dates of hearing. He further submits that petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the learned trial court within a period of one week from today and the learned trial court may be directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner, keeping in view all the attending circumstances, which shall be brought to the notice of the learned trial GREESH SAHNI 2015.12.24 12:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, instant petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial court within a period of one week from today, as undertaken by him. The learned trial court is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner, keeping in view all the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, which shall be brought to the notice of the court by the petitioner, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but at an early date. With the above said observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
