The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0001, dated 01.01.2022, registered under Sections 377 and 511 IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (Amended), 2012, 2019 at Police Station Sadar Ludhiana, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel submits that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. 4.
