Rattu, DAG, Punjab --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.62 dated 14.3.2022, under Section 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Patran, District Patiala (Annexure P-1). It is also prayed that arrest of the petitioner be stayed during the pendency of the present petition. Further direction is sought to the police not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner in the aforesaid FIR.
