LISA GILL, J. (Oral) The petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 547 dated 11.11.2016 under Sections 323/498-A/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Badshahpur, District Gurgaon. The matter has been amicably resolved between the parties before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court on 04.05.2017. Modification in the said Agreement is noted by this Court on 27.07.2017. It is informed that petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been filed. Statements of the parties at first motion have since been recorded.

Learned counsel for the complainant submits that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties she has no objection in case this Rupinder Kaur 2017.11.10 17:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Crl. Misc. No. M-44883 of 2016 [ 2 ] petition is allowed subject to strict adherence to the terms and conditions of settlement by the petitioner.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, especially the settlement between the parties but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is considered just and expedient to allow this petition. Consequently, in the event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of Investigating/Arresting Officer. Petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
