On the instructions of HC Gurnam Singh, it has been informed that the petitioner has joined the investigation. Co-accused of the petitioner have been granted the concession of regular bail or pre-arrest bail. In view of no specific attribution to the petitioner; he having joined the investigation, can be granted the concession of bail. The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 24.12.2015 is hereby made absolute and it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation.
