**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 143 dated 22.3.2018 registered at Police Station Sector 10-A, Gurugram, District Gurugram under Sections 5(1) and 6 of POCSO Act, 2012. Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is the father of the victims who has been charged under Section 5 of the POCSO Act. The counsel further submits that the victims have not supported the prosecution version and their statements are available on record. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
