Allegation against the petitioner, who is a Numberdar is that he alongwith other co-accused got a sale deed registered and mutation effect in an illegal manner.

It was contended that with regard to the issue there is already a civil dispute pending and the other co-accused have since been released on interim bail. It is further submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation and has fully cooperated.
