**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 302 dated 13.4.2016 registered at Police Station City Thanesar, District Kurukshetra under Sections 365, 376, 354-D IPC.

Petitioner is in custody since 10.6.2016. The prosecutrix was not appearing in the trial Court and is noted in the order Annexure P-2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the prosecutrix has now appeared and she has not supported the prosecution version and refers to Annexure P-1.

Only two witnesses have been examined. The trial will take time.
