At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the complainant strongly opposes the instant bail petition by submitting that the petitioner has concealed his involvement in several other cases, as well as the status thereof, in the present petition.

3. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage.

4. Dismissed as withdrawn, as this stage.

No fresh ground accrued to the petitioner to file instant petition for the same purpose, that too just after 13-14 days of withdrawal of the petition. 4.

The petitioner may file fresh petition after a period of two months atleast.
