Prayer in the present petition is for directing the respondent authorities to decide representation dated 08.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) submitted to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur and representation dated 18.08.2025 submitted to the Director General of Police, Punjab, regarding commission of cognizable offences including threats and intimidation during demarcation proceedings of Panchayat Land and to take action in accordance with law within a stipulated time. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed representations dated 08.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) and 18.08.2025 before respondents No.2 and 3, respectively but the same have not been taken into consideration by the said respondents till date.

After hearing counsel for the parties and perusing the record, respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur, Punjab, is directed to decide the representation dated 08.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) filed by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law.
