**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 43 dated 17.5.2018 registered at Women Police Station, Rewari under Sections 328, 376, 506 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is in custody since 18.5.2018 and the prosecutrix is a married woman who has not supported the prosecution version and her statement is available on record. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
