Present second petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.06 dated 23.08.2022, under Sections 153, 153-A, 120-B (Sections 212 & 216 added subsequently) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860; Section 25 (Section 54 added subsequently) of the Arms Act, 1959; and Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985; registered at Police Station State Special Operations Cell, District SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that present petition be disposed off as not pressed, at this stage.
