(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 5 especially respondent No.5 to register FIR under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 and 120-B IPC, against respondents No.6 to 9 and their accomplices. As per reply filed by way of affidavit of Mr. Rajveer Singh Boparai, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Budhlada, District Mansa, the matter between the parties is of civil nature. However, learned counsel for the petitioners has disputed the above stand of respondent-State and submits that DSP, Sub. The above observation of DSP shows that respondents No.6 to 9 had defrauded and cheated the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitting that the police has connived with the accused, prays for withdrawal of the instant petition to file complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.
