(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to initiate departmental enquiry as well as register criminal case against respondents No. 5 to 9 under appropriate sections, as they have destroyed original documents during investigation in order to help accused persons in case FIR No. 381 dated 04.12.2015 (Annexure P-1).

Heard.

The appropriate remedy available to petitioner is to raise protest to the cancellation report filed by the police before the concerned Court.

Dismissed.
