***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.160 dated 10.09.2018, registered under Sections 386, 170, 506 and 120-B IPC, Police Station City, Malout.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 29.10.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
