IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA

AT CHANDIGARH CRM-M-44052 of 2017 (O&M) Date of Decision: 11.12.2018 Parhlad Singh and another ....Petitioners

Versus

State of Haryana and others ....Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN Present:- None for the petitioners.

Mr. P.K. Garg, AAG, Haryana.

RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Again similar written request for adjournment, like previous one, has been circulated by learned counsel for the petitioners with no objection from the other side. Moving of successive applications for adjournment on behalf of the petitioners with no objection from the other side seems to be a friendly match between the parties. Order dated 30.05.2018 has also not been complied with in its letter and spirit inasmuch as statements of children of Kalu Ram, who were also affected parties were also not got recorded. They are not even impleaded as party, thus are being kept in dark. So there is no justification for adjournment. Therefore, rejecting the written request of learned counsel for the petitioners for adjournment, petition is dismissed. (RAMENDRA JAIN) December 11, 2018 JUDGE R.S.
