Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to transfer the investigation of FIR No.44, dated 13.04.2015, under Sections 406, 420, 506 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 to some State level independent agency or some senior officials of another district. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has moved a representation Annexure P-4 before respondent No.2 for redressal of his grievance but no action has been taken on the same so far.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to dispose of the representation Annexure P-4 expeditiously, in accordance with law.
