Dated Police StaƟon SecƟons 10.07.2022 Sadar Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar 379, 411, 420, 467, 468 IPC The peƟƟoner incarcerated in the FIR capƟoned above, has come up before this Court under SecƟon 439 CrPC seeking bail. 2.

In paragraph 15 of the peƟƟon, the peƟƟoner has menƟoned that 04 more FIRs are pending against him, whereas as per the State counsel there are more than 100 FIRs are pending against him.

At this stage, counsel for the peƟƟoner wants to withdraw the present peƟƟon with liberty to file fresh peƟƟon aŌer annexing all FIRs. 4.

Given above, the present peƟƟon stands disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. State to hand over copy of custody cerƟficate to the counsel for the peƟƟoner to enable him ascertain about all pending files. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
