Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No.107 dated 4.7.2014 under Sections 379/427 IPC registered at Police Station, Sadar Jagraon, District, Ludhiana. Learned State counsel at the outset, on instructions from HCSukhdev Singh, submits that in the investigation, petitioner has been found innocent and placed in column No.2.
