Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) When the case was taken at the first round, the prayer for pass over was made by Mr.Vikrant Kumar, Advocate, learned proxy counsel for the petitioners. At the second call, no one has put in appearance for the petitioners. Even on 24.12.2014 when the case came up for preliminary hearing, no one appeared for the petitioners, therefore, in the interest of justice, the case was adjourned for today.

The matter has been thoroughly gone into. Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, namely, Sudeep Shukla, Shiv Kumar and Satish Kumar, who have been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 466,468 and 471, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No. 437, dated 1.11.2013, registered at Police Station, City, Sonipat.

Criminal Misc.No.M-44116 of 2014 [2] As per the allegations, the petitioners along with their co-accused had charged approximately Rs.95,00,000/- from the complainant side on the pretext of providing Govt. job to the family members of the complainant. At the time of charging the money it was assured by the petitioners that the family members of the complainant shall get the job in the Municipal Corporation, Delhi. To give shape to their ill-design, the petitioners not only obtained the thumb impression etc of the aggrieved persons but also got them medico-legally examined. When the complainant side could not get the employment, as assured by the petitioners, then an amount of Rs.11,00,000/- was returned by petitioner No.3, Satish, to the complainant. A cheque worth Rs.

47,00,000/- was also handed over to the complainant side which later bounced. Petitioner No.3, Satish, had also filed CRM-M-32397 of 2014 and 34155 of 2014 which were dismissed vide orders dated 09.10.2014. Similarly, Sudeep Shukla (petitioner No.1) filed CRMM-30138-2014 which was also dismissed on 09.10.2014. No grounds for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners are made out.

Dismissed.
