In compliance of order dated 08.05.2023, learned State counsel has filed the status report of Mr. Ravi Khundia, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Jind-Detective, District Jind on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. The same is taken on record.

Learned State counsel submits that as per the status report the petitioner has joined the enquiry and has recorded that she does not apprehend any danger as of now.

In light of the statement made by the petitioner before the respondent-authorities, nothing survives in the present petition. 4.

Accordingly, the same is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities in case any grievances or threat arise. Especially in light of the fact that appropriate directions by the respondentauthorities have already been issued.
