Present petition is for setting aside of impugned order dated 06.03.2024 (Annexure P-1), passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Rewari, in case No.CRA-27-2024, institued on 21.02.2024, titled as, "Dinesh v. Nitin Garg and another", vide which while allowing the application for suspending the sentence of the petitioner, under Section 389Cr.P.C., direction was issued to deposit 20% of the amount of compensation, as awarded by the learned Trial Court, in its judgment in a complaint while deciding the complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (in short, 'NI Act').

On the very outset, counsel for the petitioner informs that the requisite amount has been deposited, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. 3.
