The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of Criminal complaint No.3347 of 2017 dated 07.03.2017 titled as "Ooms Polymer Modified Bitumen Pvt. Ltd. Vs. True India Exports and Others" under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 read with Sections 415 and 420 IPC, 1860 and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he intends to withdraw the present petition as the matter in hand has been rendered infructuous.
