The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 03.02.2026 passed by this Court in CWP-2997-2026.

In compliance of the order dated 03.02.2026 passed by this Court in CWP-2997-2026, compliance affidavit/reply dated 09.05.2026 of Rupinder Kaur, Principal, Ramgarhia Polytechnic College, along with speaking order dated 07.05.2026 (Annexure R-1), has been filed on behalf of the respondent in the Registry. The same is taken on record. 3.

A perusal of the said reply/affidavit shows that order dated 03.02.2026 passed by this Court in CWP-2997-2026 has been complied with.
