NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioners to surrender before learned Trial Court and move an application for grant of bail in accordance with law.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioners surrenders before learned Court below within fifteen days of passing of this order and present an application for grant of bail, the said application shall be disposed of as early as possible in accordance with law.
