Mr. Munfaid Khan, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Amrik Narwal, DAG Haryana for the State Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Saroj submits that petitioner Farmeena had made statement before the police under her signatures, copy of which is annexed with the reply as Annexure R/1 and original of which is lying in the office of Superintendent of Police. Mr. Munfaid Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner though does not disputes the signatures of the petitioner on the document but claims that the same has been obtained on blank papers and she never made such a statement. In the light of this, nothing survives in the present petition and the same stands disposed of as having rendered infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate legal remedy available to her under the law. ( Fateh Deep Singh ) January 23, 2019 Judge 'tiwana'
