R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 287 dated 06.08.2014 for offences under Sections 498-A, 323, 376, 511, 506, 406 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code (IPC), registered at Police Station Sadar Sirsa, District Sirsa. Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Banwari Lal Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is stated to be no more required for further investigation. It is further submitted that after investigation challan has since been presented. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that husband of the complainant was arrested and granted regular bail. It is also submitted that petitioner is appearing before the trial Court. If that be so, the interim bail granted vide order dated 24.12.2014 is made absolute. In case the petitioner has not furnished bail bonds before the trial Court, she would furnish the same to the satisfaction of the trial Court as it is submitted that the case has since been committed.

Allowed in the above terms.
