(Oral) The present revision petition has been preferred for setting aside the impugned order dated 06.03.2026 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra, whereby charges have been framed under Sections 61(2)(a), 109(1), 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4), 308(4), 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 against the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.221 dated 10.04.2025 registered at Police Station Shahabad, District Kurukshetra. 2.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
