Counsel for the parties jointly inform that the prosecution has completed its evidence and the case is now listed tomorrow for defence evidence.
[2] The order dated May 09, 2018 is modified/clarified to the extent that the petitioner may examine as many witnesses in his defence as are deemed appropriate and/or permitted by the Court. Similarly, his co-accused may also examine their witnesses separately. The learned Special Judge shall make an endeavour that the defence evidence is concluded on behalf of all the accused within two months.
[3] Keeping these directions in view, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition, at this stage. [4] Disposed of accordingly.
