Versus

State of Haryana and Others ... Respondent(s) CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shekher Dhawan.

Present:

Mr. Sanjay Verma, Advocate for the petitioner(s).

Shekher Dhawan, J.

Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 & 2 to take effective steps as regard to investigation in case FIR No. 1047 dated 21.11.2016, registered under Sections 420 & 406 IPC at Police Station Jhajjar, District Jhajjar. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that despite the fact that FIR was registered for the offences under Sections 420 & 406 IPC about one year back and by now no arrest has been effected and the representations made to the police authorities remained unattended. Even the last representation dated 24.10.2016 (Annexure P6) made to the Inspector General of Police, Jhajjar also remained unattended. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Jhajjar, is directed to look into the representation dated 24.10.2016 (Annexure P6) and take required action, if any, as per law.
