*** FATEH DEEP SINGH, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case registered by way of FIR No.175 dated 19.11.2016 at Police Station Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib under Sections 307, 452, 323, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25, 27, 54, 59 of Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of orders of interim bail dated 16.12.2016 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined investigations which is not controverted by learned State counsel on instructions from SI Paramjit Kumar, Police Station Lambi who submits that the petitioners are no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from them and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. CRM-M-44960-2016 -2However, keeping in view the stand of the Investigating Officer and the stand of the State, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 16.12.2016 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.(challan). Thereafter, petitioners will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
