(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to the respondents, especially, respondent No.1 to conduct an enquiry against respondents No.3 and 4. A further prayer has been made for issuing direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to transfer back the amount of ` 44,54,000/- along with interest which was illegally transferred by respondent No.4.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedies as are available to it, in accordance with law.
