Cr. Misc. No.M-44972 of 2016 [2] From the record, I find that the present petitioner is named in the FIR. As per the complainant-Rajender, who got registered the FIR, Monu and Satpal took away his nephew-Rinku alias Suraj with them and from that day he has disappeared. As per the prosecution version, Rinku was found in abandoned manner and there was injuries in the head. The learned State counsel also stated that the injuries on the person of the injured had been declared dangerous to life.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, I find that the present petitioner is named in the FIR and is required for custodial interrogation. Therefore, no ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Hence, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed. January 30, 2017.
