Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 574 dated 24.10.2014 under Section 323, 324, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC'' for short), registered at Police Station Gharaunda, District Karnal.
Heard.
Petitioner is in custody since 1.11.2014. Petitioner is not attributed the injury falling under Section 307 IPC. Moreover, complainant has submitted affidavit Annexure P-2 that petitioner was innocent. Challan has already been presented in this case and conclusion of trial may take time.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karnal.
