On the asking of court, Mr. Nikhil Chopra, Addl.A.G., Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of State of Punjab.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he shall be satisfied if decision is taken on the legal notice dated 26.02.2019, Annexure P-4, served by him.

Learned State counsel at the outset submits that competent authority shall examine the legal notice, Annexure P-4 and decision shall be taken thereon within two months from today. However, in case it finds that claim of the petitioners is not admissible, a speaking order shall be passed and conveyed to the petitioners.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
